Oil slinger is the most simple lubricating device. It wear on shaft and partially submerged in oil groove. When the shaft rotating, the oil slinger also with rotation,it take lubricating oil into the bearing. Oil slinger can be used as a short time auxiliary oil supply lubrication to avoid bearing failure.If single oil ring be used for self-lubrication, the shaft maximum linear speed at 20m/s.
The differences between H62 copper oil slinger and ordinary cast copper oil ring:
1.Casting copper oil slinger material has larger fragility, easy to break when it working on high load situation, causing oil can not be supplied and bearing, motor damage.
2. H62 copper oil slinger is made by drawing copper, has stronger ductibility , high precision, take more oil, bring the bearing adequate lubrication oil, which can ensure motor safety.
